Keys available from 2pm Saturday (or earlier by direct contact with our private caretaker who manages all handovers).

Repeat yearly bookings cannot be guaranteed but will be offered in the first instance to previous tenants meeting caretaker standards

A £200 non returnable deposit is required per week booked.
